General Listings are not time bound. Your Property requirements are taken care of by our core sales team. This allows you the liberty to list the same property with other syndicators. On successful completion of the transaction, we will take 2% of the sale value in case of buying/selling and a month's rent in case of renting/renting out (plus service tax). You are not liable to pay anything if the listing is not converted into a deal in spite of our efforts and expertise.
Exclusive listing is worked on a time-bound dealing process of 90 days. Your property requirements are taken care of by our exclusive special team, where in online and offline promotions are guaranteed. During the listing period, you are not entitled to deal with your property listing either directly or through other brokers.
On successful completion of transaction, our professional charges will be 3% of the sale value in case of buying/selling or 1 and half month's rent in case of renting/renting out (plus service tax) as brokerage. You are not required to pay anything if the listing is not converted into a deal within the said time period.
